However, many of you are wondering how we pack and ship your cards. And rightly so, because nothing is worse than receiving your cards folded or damaged. For us it is obvious that this is our main priority, your satisfaction. Nothing better than receiving messages from customers telling us that they are delighted by the quality of our cards and by our seriousness.

Now, let us explain how we go about protecting and sending your orders so that they arrive safely and as quickly as possible to offer you a unique and pleasant shopping experience.

First of all, for each card order, we put the cards in thin sleeves to avoid scratches and marks due to rubbing when inserting/removing the cards from the plastic Top loader.

Then, the cards are inserted into rigid plastic top loaders with double-layer reinforced corners.

Finally, the Top loaders are inserted into a padded bubble envelope to ensure a 3rd reinforced protection.

We can also add a 4th protection for orders where a large number of cards have been purchased to prevent the multiple Top loaders from moving around in the envelope. We use two cardboard boards to consolidate the whole and thus avoid the movements during transport.
